The return package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. *Orders placed November 25th - December 25th are eligible for return/exchange until January 10th.
By purchasing from Maltese Militia, you understand and accept the following:
If the return merchandise does not meet the requirements listed above, it will be refused.
If the hang tag has been removed we cannot accept the return. Please try the shirt on before removing the tag.
Shirts are not pre-shrunk and will shrink after laundering. We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed.
Customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the return or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns.
Store credit may not be used for shipping charges.
Returns are processed within five business days.
You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.
*Please note - We can identify products that have been washed and/or tags that have been glued back together. Please be honest.

Include the packing slip in your return package and indicate which return option you would like. For exchanges, please note which item you would like to exchange it for.
We recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation for your package. Maltese Militia is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) condition. (Note - Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted.)
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. We will contact you via email once your return has been processed.
There are instances where our quality control check misses a manufacturing defect or misprint. If within the first thirty days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure your return is properly processed.
In rare cases, we ship the incorrect merchandise. If you believe this happened, please refer to your order confirmation email and/or packing slip. Our e-commerce platform does not allow us to manually alter an order; if the merchandise matches that of the order confirmation email (or the packing slip), then the customer is responsible for return shipping. However, if the merchandise is a different size or style than that of the order confirmation email (or the packing slip), please contact us for a return shipping label.
